A clearer path from interest to booking

An indoor golf destination built for year-round play

Digital Golf Fort Erie gives local golfers, families and groups a place to play, practice and connect through an indoor simulator experience in Fort Erie.

The business supports casual bookings, leagues, group experiences and birthday parties, which means its digital presence needs to do more than look good. Customers need to quickly understand what is available, find current information and take the next step without friction.

Their in-person experience needed a digital presence that could keep up.

"The goal was simple: make Digital Golf easier to find, easier to trust and easier to book."

When we started working with Digital Golf Fort Erie in December 2025, the opportunity was to connect several important pieces of their marketing.

They needed a stronger website, more consistent social media visibility, an easier way to collect customer reviews, clearer communication around leagues and a campaign-ready path for birthday party bookings. Because indoor golf is seasonal, the goal was also to build tools that could support the business now and be activated more heavily as demand returns for the next season.

A website that gives every other channel somewhere stronger to send people

We built Digital Golf Fort Erie a website designed to support how customers actually interact with the business: a clear place to learn about the facility, view current information, explore rates, find league details and move toward booking online.

For a local experience-based business, that foundation matters. Social media can create interest. Google can create discovery. Reviews can build trust. The website is where those pieces come together.

We revitalized Digital Golf Fort Erie’s social media presence with more consistent content focused on the experience customers could actually have: indoor golf, local entertainment, leagues, group bookings and seasonal opportunities.

An on-location photoshoot and brand video to fuel every channel

Great content starts with great assets. We produced a full on-location photoshoot and a brand video at Digital Golf Fort Erie, capturing the simulators, the lounge and real customers enjoying the space. These visuals now power the website, social posts and ads.

Making it easier for happy customers to leave a review

When we started, Digital Golf Fort Erie had zero Google reviews.

We implemented an in-store NFC tag that customers could tap while they were already in the space, sending them directly to the Google review page. We also supported review requests through their own social media content.

That practical system helped Digital Golf begin building public proof where local customers are already looking before they book.

A dedicated campaign path for birthday party bookings

Birthday parties represent a specific booking opportunity for Digital Golf Fort Erie, especially for local families looking for a memorable indoor activity.

We built a dedicated landing page and developed a Google Ads campaign focused on kids’ birthday parties. The landing page keeps the offer focused, answers the right questions and gives families a clearer next step than a general website page could.

Because this campaign aligns with seasonal demand, the system has been built and prepared for activation when timing best supports bookings.

Reducing friction after someone decides to play

Online booking

We built out an online booking form so customers can move from browsing to booking through a clearer digital flow. This gives Digital Golf a practical tool to support future traffic from social media, Google search and paid campaigns.

League updates across channels

League information changes with the season, which makes consistency essential. We designed the 2026 league promotion and supported ongoing updates across the website and social media, so customers have clear, reliable details on dates, format and pricing when deciding when and how to play.

Built for seasonal momentum

Digital Golf Fort Erie is a seasonal business, and several of the tools created during this engagement are positioned for heavier use as the next active season approaches.

With stronger review proof, booking infrastructure, focused campaign pages and a more consistent online presence already in place, the business has a clearer foundation for promoting upcoming leagues, group bookings and birthday party opportunities.

Local marketing works better when the full path is connected.

For an experience-based local business, attention is only the beginning. People need to see what makes the business worth visiting, trust what they find and have a simple way to book. Digital Golf Fort Erie now has more of that path in place.
